enterprise agreement.
Subscription benefits remain available only while the subscription is active.
- Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
Users may disable automatic renewal through their account settings before the next billing date.
Cancellation of automatic renewal does not cancel the current paid subscription period.
- Cancellation by Users
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
Unless otherwise required by law:
cancellation prevents future renewals;
previously paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable;
access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation by TradingBase
TradingBase may suspend or terminate subscriptions where:
payment cannot be processed;

continued service would violate applicable law;
security concerns require immediate action.
Where appropriate, TradingBase may provide notice before termination.
- Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered where:
duplicate payments occurred;
unauthorized transactions are confirmed;
technical issues prevented reasonable access to purchased services;
applicable consumer protection laws require a refund;
TradingBase expressly approves an exception.
Each request is evaluated individually.
- Non-Refundable Items
Unless required by law, the following are generally non-refundable:
completed subscription periods;
digital downloads already accessed;
completed educational courses;
issued certificates;
redeemed promotional credits;
consumed AI usage quotas;

may not be combined unless expressly stated;
may expire according to their stated terms.
TradingBase reserves the right to withdraw promotional offers in cases of abuse or fraud.
- Marketplace Purchases
Where Marketplace products are sold by independent vendors:
refund decisions may be governed by the vendor’s published refund policy;
TradingBase may assist in dispute resolution but is not automatically responsible for issuing refunds on behalf of vendors.
Applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

recovery of outstanding fees where permitted by law.
- Taxes
Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on jurisdiction.
Users remain responsible for taxes, duties, or governmental charges imposed under applicable law.

Where currency conversion occurs, exchange rates and fees are determined by the applicable payment provider or financial institution.

Users requesting a refund should provide, where applicable:
account information;
order or invoice number;
date of purchase;
description of the issue;
supporting documentation where available.
TradingBase may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.
- Processing Time
Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of banks, card issuers, or payment providers.
TradingBase cannot guarantee processing times controlled by third parties.
- Abuse Prevention
