  • Introduction

Welcome to TradingBase.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TradingBase platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, APIs, software, AI services, educational services, communities, marketplaces, and related products (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

  • Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

TradingBase means the owner and operator of the Platform.

Platform means all TradingBase websites, applications, APIs, software, AI systems, educational products, and related services.

User means any individual or organization accessing or using the Platform.

Account means a registered user account.

Content means any information, text, images, videos, code, files, comments, or other materials available on or through the Platform.

User Content means any Content submitted or uploaded by a User.

Marketplace Product means any digital or physical product made available through the Platform.

AI Service means any artificial intelligence functionality provided through TradingBase.

  • Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

you have legal capacity under applicable law;

you are legally permitted to use the Platform;

all registration information is accurate and complete;

you will keep your information up to date.

TradingBase may refuse registration or suspend access where permitted by law.

  • Scope of Services

TradingBase provides technology services that may include:

educational content;

market research tools;

AI-powered assistance;

trading journals;

portfolio tracking;

community interaction;

broker information;

marketplace services;

APIs and developer tools;

knowledge libraries;

analytics.

Availability of features may depend on your subscription tier, jurisdiction, or technical limitations.

  • No Investment Advice

TradingBase provides educational and informational services only.

Nothing available through the Platform constitutes:

investment advice;

financial advice;

tax advice;

legal advice;

fiduciary services;

solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments.

Users remain solely responsible for their own investment decisions.

  • Trading Risks

Trading financial products involves significant risk.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Users acknowledge that they may lose part or all of their invested capital.

TradingBase makes no representation regarding:

profitability;

investment performance;

trading success;

risk reduction.

  • User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

maintaining account confidentiality;

protecting passwords and API keys;

ensuring activities under their account comply with these Terms;

notifying TradingBase promptly of unauthorized access.

TradingBase may suspend or terminate accounts where necessary to protect the Platform or comply with legal obligations.

  • Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

violate applicable laws;

infringe intellectual property rights;

distribute malware or malicious code;

attempt unauthorized access;

interfere with Platform operations;

manipulate Platform services;

engage in fraud, phishing, or impersonation;

automate abusive access beyond permitted API limits;

publish unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.

  • Subscription Services

Certain services require payment.

Subscription plans may include different usage limits, features, storage capacities, AI quotas, API access, and support levels.

Fees are payable according to the selected plan.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable.

  • Marketplace

TradingBase may operate a marketplace where third parties offer digital products or services.

TradingBase acts as a platform operator unless expressly identified as the seller.

TradingBase does not guarantee:

quality;

merchantability;

fitness for a particular purpose;

commercial value;

legality of third-party products.

  • AI Services

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.

Users must independently verify AI-generated content before relying on it for business, educational, or investment purposes.

AI outputs are provided “as available” and should not be treated as professional advice.

  • Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all intellectual property rights relating to the Platform remain the property of TradingBase or its licensors.

No license is granted except the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform assets without prior written authorization.

  • User Content

Users retain ownership of their User Content.

By uploading User Content, the User grants TradingBase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Platform.

Users represent that they possess all necessary rights to submit such content.

  • Privacy

Collection and processing of personal data are governed by the TradingBase Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, Users acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described in that policy.

  • Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services.

TradingBase is not responsible for:

third-party websites;

broker services;

payment providers;

cloud providers;

external APIs;

social login providers.

Users’ interactions with such services are governed by the respective third-party terms.

  • Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradingBase shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  • Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradingBase, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors against claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

violation of these Terms;

unlawful conduct;

infringement of third-party rights;

misuse of the Platform.

  • Suspension and Termination

TradingBase may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary to:

protect the Platform;

investigate suspected misconduct;

comply with legal obligations;

address security risks.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

  • Modifications

TradingBase may modify these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, such as publication on the Platform or account notifications.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the law specified in the applicable Legal Information page or another governing law expressly identified by TradingBase.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations where permitted by applicable law.

  • Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other legal policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between TradingBase and the User concerning use of the Platform.
